All our worldwide orders below 2 kg are shipped via signed for mail with tracking. Orders above 2 Kg are sent using our express courier with delivery times of 48 hours for EU countries. In some countries such as UK and Spain delivery times are of 72 hours. It is very important that you give us your mobile and/or fixed  telephone number during the checkout procedure. This number and other personal information supplied will only be used for shipping purposes and  will not be stored in our database or made available to others.

Important: Bulky items such as board bags, kites, board snowboards etc are shipped via express courier. If you have purchased one of these bulky items you are kindly requested to supply a telephone number preferably a mobile phone number or both fixed and mobile.

Be careful to supply the correct address including the name on the doorbell exact post code etc. Our courier tries to deliver the items twice, each time leaving a note. On the third time they will try to call you.

Once contacted by telephone it is important to arrange a delivery with the courier. Pickup at the courier's deposit or delivery to another address that is different form the one supplied is NOT possible since the costs involved are very high.

If you are not reachable by phone then you will have to pay again for shipping in order to get the item delivered, or the item is sent back and we will only reimburse what is left after we pay costs of shipping from and back to us plus courier expenses for undelivered parcel which in all sum up to quite a lot so it is important to give a correct address where there is always someone that can pick up the parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our shopping cart. 98% of the shipping calculations done by our cart are accurate, however on particular orders some adjustments may be needed. In the rare event that your shipping calculation needs adjustments you will be notified by e-mail and will not be charged until you confirm the order ( this applies also for immediate payments with paypal).  As a general rule you only have to pay shipping for the bulkiest item in your order.
